TENMOKU AND TURQUOISE MOON JAR

Stoneware moon jar glazed in tenmoku and turquoise. You can see some beautiful ‘toasting’ on this piece where the iron in the clay has reacted with glazes. Lovely texture and colour variations on this piece. This shape of jar looks perfect with simple large blooms or just as a decorative piece.
All my ceramics are unique and individual, hand thrown and kiln fired by me in my South London garden pottery studio. My work is dishwasher safe but I advise washing hand thrown ceramics by hand. Also food safe unless otherwise marked.
